Good to know
The studio/in-law suite is attached to home but you have complete privacy and we will not have access to the studio. None of the spaces in the home will be shared with the studio and the studio comes with a washer dryer, kitchen with a stove top, (no oven) we will provide a convection oven, air fryer, as well as all the kitchen items that you have in any kitchen.
House Rules
Quiet hours are between 9pm - 7am.

We decided since we love hosting so much to have the Kind Apartment which is an addition to the Kind House which is also in close proximity to downtown Brunswick and the Golden Isles. Please review our other reviews from previous guests. We also invite traveling nurses and other working professionals who will be doing longer stays in the area.

Neighborhood
We are located in the historic district of Brunswick and we are 15 mins from both St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island in opposite directions. The neighborhood is very quiet and located on the South End of Brunswick. You can also see the Lanier Bridge from the property.
Guest Access
They will access the property from the back of the home which will have a keypad with a code. You will not have access to the rest of the home and we will not have access to the studio during your stay. We just ask that you respect our quiet hours and the studio can have no more than 2 guests.
