The home is equipped with Wifi, a fireplace, a gas stove, both televisions have firesticks with Netflix, Hulu, and other apps. A washer and dryer and three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a sofa bed. And the home also has other amenities such as a coffee maker, instant pot for fast cooking, etc. Linen is also provided as well as toiletries.

- No loud parties - DO NOT bring sand from the beach in the house or put clothing with sand in the washing machine it will clog the washing machine because the sand does not dissolve. - NO SMOKING within close proximity of the property. Notify us before your reservation even if you are in route of other additional guests that were NOT on the reservation. If the number falls within the 7 person capacity we do not charge extra. So there is no need to sneak in additional people. If it goes over 7 people we only allow one additional person max and that is within OUR discretion and we charge 10 dollars per person per night for the 8th person. If you fail to notify us of additional guests within our 7 person capacity we will charge 50 dollars per person per night or ask you to leave. In the spirit of honest communication please let us know. We want everyone to enjoy their stay with us! We also send out several messages before your stay about our guest and visitor policy so please READ IT! - Notify us of ANY visitors coming to the property they must only VISIT not stay the night if they do we will charge our additional guest fee. - Be mindful of our neighbors when in the backyard after midnight with noise. - The 8th additional guest will be charged $10 per person per night and that is within OUR discretion. -No pets of any kind.

The neighborhood is in a very quiet area close to downtown Brunswick where many homes have been renovated or are being renovated. If you have any implicit bias about the area due to things that you have heard in the news please do proper research before booking and remember every town or city will have issues as no place is perfect. In addition, please do not assume that because of our background as hosts that we live in a bad area or adjacent to it. We are on the south end of Brunswick which is extremely quiet where residents take daily strolls and walk pets at different hours of the day and neighbors wave to each other. We welcome EVERYONE from any background to our home to enjoy a restful stay and will try our best to provide an enjoyable experience because we thank our guests for choosing us. Please we do not allow large gatherings of any sort and this also based on Airbnb policies. We cannot and will not host large events due to liability, zoning, and wear and tear on the property. If any guests rents and decides to use the home for that purpose we will ask you to leave immediately. If you have visitors it MUST be within our occupant capacity and it's at our discretion. If it goes outside of that we will not allow the visitors and we will cancel the booking as well. We want guests to enjoy their stay and have friends or family visit but we do not want parties, weddings, large holiday events of any kind. Also please mindful of noise after 10 PM with respect to our neighbors. If visitors stay over you must notify us and we will charge 20 dollars per person per night.
