FALL/WIN weekly and monthly rates Second Kind Room
The Second Kind Room is close to all Downtown Brunswick, St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, FLETC, and The South Georgia Medical Center. We decided to also offer the Kind House as rooms as well. Now guests will have the option to either rent a room and the house will be shared with others or the full home. The home is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We have weekly and monthly rates during the fall and winter season for working professionals.
Good to know
The second kind room is enough space for one or two people. You have your own bathroom and will have shared access of the kitchen, patio with grill, the den and other living room which each has their own televisions. You will only share the space with other guests if they are currently staying in the other room. The property also has fiber optic internet with high speed.
